A private mobile healthcare service that comes to you to conduct patient examinations on-site in the comfort of your hotel or home. This appointment fee does NOT include the cost of additional testing products. If necessary, additional testing products will be added to your service, but only after our medical team has examined the patient and determined what farther assistance and/or test/screening is required. It is always up to YOU, the patient to approve additional services/tests/time extensions.
* Our professional healthcare staff will arrive onsite at your hotel/home to examine and attend to patient's needs for 30-minutes or less. If additional time is needed with our healthcare staff, Better Health may need to charge client for additional time and/or additional patients onsite. This will only occur if the scope of the visit goes beyond the original screening/test/examination time discussed with our team.
** Additional guests (other family members) that need to be seen during this appointment will be charged an additional fee of $198.97 per/patient + additional test products, if required.

Q: Does this appointment price include my test?
A: No, you will need to also purchase the correct test when you book your appointment, some of the available test prices DO INCLUDE the Mobile Service Appointment Fee, FYI.
Q: Do you come directly to our hotel room?
A: Yes, once you book an appointment through our Jane.app software, in the next stage of checkout. You will share your location of where you would like us to meet you to perform the test.
Q: Can i meet you in the lobby of my hotel?
Absolutely, where ever you are most comfortable having us visit you, as long as we are not disturbing other guests. Normally, the service only takes 5-10 minutes, so most customers like us treating them in their room, but it's up to you. email us after you make your appointment to discuss options. - INFO@BetterHealthCA.com
