This MULTI-PACK testing product includes:
- 1 X RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) test - NP swab.- 1 X INFLUENZA (A & B) test - Shallow NASAL swab.
- 1 X COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) test - Shallow NASAL swab.
TEST TYPE: RSV and Influenza screening uses molecular in vitro diagnostic tests. These test(s) utilizes an isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology (NAAT) to accurately detect RSV, and Influenza A & B. In order to determine the current viral loads of Covid-19 in our patients bodies, we use a viral antigen test technology that will not announce previous illnesses and is specifically used to determine whether or not the CoV19 virus is current and relevant at the time of the sample collection.
TIME REQUIRED: 15-25 Minutes per client.
MOBILE SERVICE INFORMATION: Sample(s) and client(s) I.D. information will be collected and confirmed by a member of our professional healthcare team during the mobile service appointment.
RESULT + DOCUMENT TIMELINE: Result documents will be sent to your email in 6-hours or less. If RUSH Results are required please select the RUSH product to receive results in 1-2 hours after testing.
TREATMENT: If necessary, a treatment plan will be discussed during your mobile service appointment and our team will reach out to the patient if a prescription is required or treatment needs to be farther discussed.

Client(s) will also need to provide (ID), Full Name and DOB before testing. We DO NOT keep or share any client information apart from what is required by Canadian law. All client info is deleted 72h after testing. Your privacy is extremely important to us. However, we are obligated by law to follow all current Alberta Health regulations, with regards to reporting positive results for certain tests, but only when required. If you have any questions or concerns about about our privacy policy, please enquire within or research the current Canadian reporting regulations online before getting tested.

* It is the responsibility of the patient/client to select the appropriate test(s) before our mobile service staff arrive at your location. We are not responsible for customers who purchase and are tested with the wrong product(s).
** These testing product(s) use highly sensitive equipment and technology to determine the sample result. Be aware that there is a 4% chance of an "INVALID" test result outcome. In the rare case that this occurs, Better Health is not responsible to re-test client or refund the cost of the test and/or service provided to client. Please understand that it is not the responsibility of Better Health to provide a Positive or Negative result. Although an "Invalid" test results is uncommon, they can sometimes occur. In this case, the patient should wait an undetermined amount of time before retesting.
Q: Does this appointment price include my test?
A: No, you will need to also purchase the correct test when you book your appointment, some of the available test prices DO INCLUDE the Mobile Service Appointment Fee, FYI.
Q: Do you come directly to our hotel room?
A: Yes, once you book an appointment through our Jane.app software, in the next stage of checkout. You will share your location of where you would like us to meet you to perform the test.
Q: Can i meet you in the lobby of my hotel?
Absolutely, where ever you are most comfortable having us visit you, as long as we are not disturbing other guests.
